Cram

to force a lot of things into a small space:
Eight children were crammed into the back of the car.
The room was packed and we were crammed against the door.

crammed

very full of people or things:
a crammed train/room
The docks were crammed with/crammed full of people trying to board the boats.
On the trip back the train was rammed and I couldn't find a seat.
It's a beautiful city but it's rammed with tourists.

Cramped

not having enough space or time:
a cramped room/house
We have six desks in this room, so we're a little cramped (for space).
I have a very cramped schedule.

Crowded

If a place is crowded, it is full of people:

By ten o'clock the bar was crowded.
As Christmas gets closer, the shops get more and more crowded.
As Christmas draws nearer, the shops start to get unbearably crowded.
